The most horrible experience, I went to cut my hair and the manager put me with a guy that clearly didn’t know what he was doing, (though I was booked with another stylist), he constantly was asking to his colleague how to cut my hair, at that point I was very scared but I thought maybe they are talking about something else because they were speaking in italian, I couldn’t comunicate properly with they guy because he didn’t understand english at all, the service was really bad he made me stand up to cut my hair he was not careful at all, another guy came and he remove the cape that I was using during my hair cut. But the worst thing happened when I saw this guy cut so bad my hair that you can see is not straight and he misunderstood completely what I wanted I had to stoped him call the manager and tell him I dont want him to continue with my hair cut, the manger tried to fixed but really quickly and he didnt do much, I had to go to another hairdresser to fix the damage they did and they said this was so unprofessional, just people that don’t know what they are doing can do what they did in my hair. Everything because they want to rush and they don’t care about the cuatomers. The manager just decided to give me a £29 voucher for next time that clearly I am not gonna use because even if they pay me I am not gonna come back to that place. I tried to be calm and being nice dealing with the situation and I even thought don’t leave my 1 star review as the manager beg me don’t do it, but I think now that is not fair that they offer such a bad service and I had to pay for this, as a customer we deserve respect, I was very respectful with them because other person will just ask for money back, I was very confused with this service and the music was so loud that you can not even talk properly.
