Overall, my haircut experience at Splash was ok. The haircut itself turned out well and looks decent, and the service was nice. However, I must mention that I was surprised to watch the hairdresser cut face shaping layers at the front/curtain bang style, which I hadn't requested. I had wanted a blunt cut without these additional layers so I was a little disappointed. While the outcome was not exactly what I had in mind, the cut looks nice overall.
