My stylist wasn’t available, even though I could book him on the app. Has gone back to Brazil, apparently. Instead, I waited 20 minutes with wet hair for a male stylist, who didn’t introduce himself, to not listen to my request at all, speed through my haircut and basically cut off about 3mm, before asking if I wanted a blow dry! Which I had paid for! I will now have to go to another salon for a recut and style. Very disappointing, I won’t be returning.
