I was running late for my usual stylist (the brilliant T.Segi) so changed the appointment time on Treatwell, not realising it doesn’t give you the same stylist you originally chose. So, I didn’t intend to have Emma, but she was excellent. Speedy, did exactly what I wanted and I’m really pleased with the cut. I have really fine hair and not everyone can work with it. I had also accidentally chosen a wash, not a cut, and the guy on reception downstairs managed to fit me in despite it being busy!
