I scheduled for ear, shoulder/back, full leg waxing. Initially, a woman hurriedly attended to half of my arms, shoulder, & back before finishing her shift at 3pm. Another lady took over but seemed unaware of the services I had booked & rushed

The person who helped me was very busy and I think that's why he didn't pay enough attention to what I asked for. In the end I paid an extra charge because he offered me an additional service and didn't tell me about the extra cost.
