Worst salon ever. I booked balayage and they refused to do it. We then agreed after going back and forth for 5 minutes that highlights would be the best option and they also agreed to do it the colour I wanted. It was only after they done my hair that I saw it was nothing like what I asked for. I complained and said I didn’t like it and they didn’t do anything about it they just pulled a face. I’ve tried to get a refund but they are ignoring me. One of the staff members was very aggressive&rude
