The highlights turned out decent and the hairdresser was nice, if I paid a super cheap price I would be more understanding / expectations would be lower, but all the hairbrushes lying around were covered in hair and the bristles were badly bent and fallen off. Clearly very old. Also when my hair was blow dried not a single product was used, not even heat protector which is super weird after bleaching. Overall would say you could go somewhere nicer for the price.

Someone (not my waxer) came into the room while I was sitting waiting naked from the waist down. She was startled by me and apologised- but proceeded to come into the room anyway to help herself to supplies she needed! All the while leaving the door open- the entire salon could see in to the room. I was so shocked and embarrassed I couldn’t speak at the time. Not impressed.
