Good value. I was given a warm welcome offered a glass of wine. I had booked a treatment and haircut. The girl that washed my hair took me to a basin which hadn’t been cleaned. She did rinse it down but after she washed my hair she just left me there without saying anything so I was stuck with my head in the basin not knowing what was going on for quite some time & was really uncomfortable. This was really unpleasant. Francesco who cut my hair was nice & gave me a good cut

The hairdresser was very late but she did a good blow dry , everything was rushing , someone else had to wash my hair and did the treatment separately and she did it very quickly and wasn’t that great .

Accidentally booked wash & blow dry not wash cut & blow dry. Stylist was nice to swap blow dry for trim. He was friendly but the whole experience was a hectic & stressful & I would rather have been told there was not time to do an even a trim. While he listened concerns re removing too much length, no oils or heat protector applied during rough blow dry, didn’t even brush my hair at the end. Hair feels dry & no better than when I arrived. Appointment slots 30 mins, rushed done in 20.
