Awful place, Didn't get to show the stylist my hair before they washed it. Washing was the most uncomfortable experience. Really hurt my neck. No conditioner. Dirty, dirty brushes and combs, just horrible. Stylist didn't seem to understand what I wanted - literally an inch off the length. I got at least an inch and a half. I don't know who is enjoying their experience here but never again! My advice, spend the extra money and go elsewhere.
