Booked a hair cut and a conditioning treatment at this salon. My hairdresser, Silva, was so welcoming, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I asked her questions about concerns I’ve been having with my hair and she was so helpful. Will be back

I booked with Emma due to her brilliant reviews. I was just handed to someone else. I explained I wanted to donate my hair, I explained what needed to be done. This was ignored and about 15 inches of hair was wasted. He actually put a clump of wet hair he'd chopped off on the counter next to me and said " there you go , you can dry it on your dinner table for a few days". He didn't what type of cut I wanted just the length. It was a traumatising way to lose 15 inches of healthy hair.
