On arrival I found the salon quite noisy and combined with accents of the staff had difficultly understanding what they were telling me. However the stylist was excellent - she 'got' straight away what I was asking for and set about it skilfully and efficiently - also she did not attempt chit chat which I appreciated. I ended up with the best cut I have had in ages
