Absolutely lovely in every regard!! I had been traveling for about 6 weeks and was in desperate need of a cut before continuing for another couple months. Found SoHo Splash and booked (online) an appt for the first availability the next morning. So easy and helpful to have access to booking late at night. From reception to the cut.... amazing!! Exceptional service, kind and friendly. Haircut looks GREAT. Wish I could take my stylist home with me. :) Thanks!

I had booked a session that stated it was non-peak time to avoid delays that are expected with nail salons, however had to wait and extra 20 mins past my appointment time. Additionally i had booked a shellac removal and file and had to ask the lady several times to continue to remove the residue of the shellac or file the nail to make it smooth. I eventually gave up asking for it to be finished properly and bought a nail file to finish it myself, she was clearly rushed for time.
