I booked to see Sandra after seeing her work on TikTok but I was seen by Josef instead-I said I wanted a faceframe & during the whole appt he continued to argue with me & repeatedly told me to cut my long hair which I didn’t want. He then pulls out his phone to show me 5star reviews claiming he knows best. His tune changed once he asked my occupation & said he’ll give me ‘extra nice service’ after finding out what I do for work. In the end he said I was right in what I wanted for my hair! AVOID

I went to receive the viral blowouts that everyone’s been raving on online, but I was deceived when this lady pulled out the straightening iron to do the bouncy blow out that I asked for. I’ve been having blowouts for five years and I know for that whoever is pulling out the curling irons is simply just tired to do your hair. The lady who looked after me was not the lady that I booked with however, I don’t wanna say anything rude because the lady honestly was a sweet. Deceived.
