I did not enjoy my haircut from this salon.I can't express how disappointed I was when I washed it the following day and saw the result. My hair is now not what I had wanted and I will have to get it redone somewhere else to fix this disaster.

Really good experience. I was a little nervous to go and get a haircut with Covid-19 very much still in circulation, but my split ends were getting ridiculous. Splash has got a lot of procedures in place and I felt very safe. My only criticism is that the music was quite loud, which made communicating through masks quite difficult. So if you are hard of hearing then you may struggle to understand your stylist, but otherwise a great experience!

Booked a last minute haircut as I was visiting London for the day . Perfect location in the centre of soho . My hairdresser Kevin was very sweet and friendly . Listened to what I wanted and I’m very happy with the end result . Also had olaplex treatment which has made my hair feel way softer . Prices are very reasonable aswell . They also offer 30% for nhs staff which is also a bonus

All the precautions put in place for Covid were very effiecient-temp check on arrival-face masks worn by beauticians and customers, screen partitions, hands sanitized and washed between filing nails and painting them. My nail technician was very friendly and kept checking I was happy with the nail shape, colour etc. I have been to Splash many times for a file and polish as the service is great and it’s such good value. Will keep returning and recommend.
