Booked an appointment with Emma, the receptionist said she isn’t in for two weeks which they told me when I was already there and didn’t tell me prior to that. The receptionist booked another person who was terrible at cutting hair which they claimed was a senior hairdresser. The receptionist should really work on his attitude. Not happy at all!
