My appointment for a deep cleanse facial was scheduled for 7.15pm on 3/9/24 for which I arrived on time. I was only called in at 7.45pm (was kept waiting for half an hour). And the facial which was supposed to be of 1-hour duration got done in half an hour, at 8.15pm. So I’m not sure what I paid for. I am a regular loyal customer at Splash, did not expect this kind of service.
