I usually enjoy going to this salon but not impressed with my recent experience. Arrived at the salon on time & Emma had just started on another client’s hair. Another person then ended up washing my hair and kept a hair mask on to kill some time as Emma was still busy with the other client. The brush used on my hair had so much hair in it from other clients, needs replacing or cleaning more often. Despite this, Emma did a very good job with my hair - happy with my haircut.
