I'd booked a hot wax bikini wax and I felt the wax go quite low down in the area and said I've booked a bikini wax and she replied oh, I thought it was Hollywood. She then stopped using hot wax and aggressively finished with strip wax. I'm a very regular customer at splash and never experienced such soreness after a wax treatment.
