A member of staff who was NOT the one working on my nails told me not to bother tipping on my credit card because SPLASH don't give it to the staff members.
This is appalling. I would appreciate a call from Michael or another member of staff to explain why this has been happening. I have been a devoted client of Splash's for years.
Your staff work very hard and they deserve their tips. It's sneaky and wrong that you say 'no cash' and then you keep the money.

As I booked a pedicure, I did expect my feet to be soaked. The beautician simply took the shellac off with the drill file and repainted them. No shaping and she didn’t say one word to me for the whole experience. A hairdresser offered me a drink
