Can’t rate the stylist because I got turned away. New policy if you leave bad review. This salon spilt bleach down my coat which was brand new. They messed me about. Told me to go in to show them, manager wasn’t there, this happened a 2nd time. Asked to send photos. I did. Said they’d go through insurance. Didn’t get back to me. Apparently I’ve now been banned for leaving a bad review. No way to run a business especially as I’ve been back as liked the stylist.Manager in Brewer st is vile!
