Friendliness and skill of the technical Fabiola were both superb, however thetreatment room dirty, lay on a bed of towels that were covered in dirt and stains, only protected by a thin (clean) disposable paper runner that only covered half the width. Just a little care and perhaps washing the towels occasionally could make this so much less unpleasant!

Absolutely terrible. Filed and cut my skin until it bled. Wasn’t trained to do manicure. Didn’t wipe nails after filing, so the paint was bumpy. Coats too thick, so the paint warped. Had to remove the paint because it was so bad, then removed so recklessly that she filed at my skin. Didn’t repaint. Removed so badly that I was left with paint residue all over my fingers. Was 25 minutes late after moving my appointment back by an hour. The worst manicure I’ve ever experienced.
