The worst haircut I have ever had, rude staff who don't know what they are doing. I also paid for a blow dry and my hair was rough dried and I still have not been refunded for it. I will NEVER go back to Splash Soho again, which is a shame as Splash at Goodge Street is fantastic! All round awful experience, and customer service have been slow and unhelpful so far.

The overall experience was good, I’ve had several pedicures here however the music is really intense and loud feels like a techno night club - even when there’s no one in there! Unfortunately I noticed when I got home that one of the nails on my toes has not been filed well and is completely wonky
