I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this experience just wasn’t up to the usual standard. The hairdresser was nice, but the whole experience felt very rushed. She used only 4 foils for my highlights, which I was obviously confused at but decided to trust - as expected my hair colour doesn’t look any different. She then tried to tell me I was having rough dry when I’d paid for blow dry. Like I said, Splash is usually great (I’ve been going here for 3 yrs) but this was very disappointing ☹️
