I came in with long hair, some of which was damaged. I asked for two things: 1: remove ALL the damaged hair. 2: add layers to my hair and style it to hide the removed hair. I emphasised that I want to KEEP the length. I even showed the stylist a reference image, which he glanced at for 5 seconds, nodded then proceeded to do whatever he wanted with my hair. He ignored the damaged hair, then just cut my hair in a short style and blowdryed my hair without protection, damaging it further! Awful...
