Let's be honest, a wax is not the easiest thing to go through. But I've done it for years and when I say it was the most painful I've gone through, you have to believe me. She wouldn't check the temperature, dropped dollops of wax on me, would not 'rip the bandaid' in a quick/efficient manner but instead bit by bit. Even when I asked her to be careful, nothing changed. I wanted to leave/do it myself so bad. I'll honestly never go back (after 7+ years booking with you).
