I wanted to change from a blow dry to a cut last minute and they were able to change the booking with no problems and no further delay to the appointment. Really pleased with the cut especially fringe which can be tricky

I said to the stylist (and showed her photos) that I wanted a blonde root touch up and it’s auburn / brunette? The “layers” are also extremely choppy. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
