The colourist was fine. they didn’t book in the cut that I also wanted. Turns out men are only allowed to have their hair cut in the barbers above which seems rather sexist to me. I showed the barber several photos and videos of my hair from the last time it was cut (from all angles) this was clearly outside of the 3 haircuts he could do. He got angry and started just chopping then gave up. My hair ruined, the poor colourist guy tried his best, unsuccessfully, to sort it out. Manager - unhelpful
