I have bleach patches in my hair. I would like some compensation. I told the stylist that I wanted baby lights and he said that I was in a budget salon - so I don’t get to say what I want. The experience was stressful and I am not happy with the end result, given the bright orange patches in my hair. I will be requesting a refund and will have to go elsewhere to get my hair fixed.
