The technician did a lovely job on my nails however I was made to feel like an inconvenience as I booked a last minute appointment at 7:50pm. The technician complained that my appointment now put pressure on her cleaning and tidying up for the day. If this is the case, the appointment time should not be available to book via the Treatwell app. I loved my nails but did not like the experience
