Absolutely the worst haircut I’ve ever had. Waited 10 minutes before anyone spoke to me, then got my hair washed with cold water and left sitting for 30 minutes with a mask. There was even a huge spider right next to me. The stylist rushed through in 5 minutes, cut off 2 inches instead of 1, and gave me short, choppy layers—4 inches from the bottom instead of long layers like I asked for. The blow-dry was rough and painful. Zero care or professionalism. I left furious and in tears.

The venue was busy and confusing as there is reception upstairs then you go downstairs but the reception isn’t near the staircase but around and in the back of the next room. If you are a first time customer not clear where to go. However Edita was wonderful and will come again because of her!
