The waxing, blow dry and shellac on toes were all brilliant but on the hands it fell off all in a few days wich is a shame as this now happened the second time here, so I won’t be coming for that unfortunately any longer.

The entire experience was extremely disappointing. The colou application was uneven — too thick in some areas and too thin in others — and the overall result was messy and poorly done. Jasmin was also quite rough during the process, and when I raised my concerns and asked for the color to be removed, she responded defensively. Instead of addressing the issue, she blamed the uneven result on the shape of my nails and insisted on her 15 years of experience. This made me feel like it was my fault,
