Although Tracy was a nice person who is chatty and caring her skills lacked little bit. First of all, when she applied the wax, it was pretty hot almost burning feeling, and the way she removed it was too fast and painful. I think, bless her, she toughl by removing fast will be less painful but I think in my case it was more painful.
