Left the salon and my nails looked like they had a week's growth on them. Very little cuticle work despite going for the 'Deluxe' manicure...
Music was too loud, technician spoke poor English and was very difficult to understand questions or make conversation because of the music.

I always get a bit anxious before an haircut but at Splash I had the best treatment and my hair looks incredible even when I do it at home because of the high quality cut <3

Went for a balayage but the stylist gave me very noticeable highlights instead. I had asked for a sunkissed, subtle look. She did try and was nice about it but then also said to me that I should’ve asked for something else. Every salon I’ve been to before has got what I mean, and if it wasn’t clear she should’ve asked more questions, especially given that I showed her pictures of what I wanted it to look like. Wouldn’t recommend

I was 20 mins late and they were kind enough to reschedule, Muskan did a fantastic job-I lad 3D Korean nails and was worried about significant nail damage and breakage.
She took her time and thoroughly removed the layers. Thank you.
