Though my stylist was lovely, she didn’t seem to be clear with that I wanted or how best to cut it, even asking if I wanted thinning scissors used, I don’t know what they do. I always try to book Emma, but get moved to a random other stylist, only to be told today that Emma no longer works there, but she’s still an option on Treatwell. Usually I have a good experience, but won’t be going back.

I wanted to change from a blow dry to a cut last minute and they were able to change the booking with no problems and no further delay to the appointment. Really pleased with the cut especially fringe which can be tricky
