The salon itself is pretty grim - you're down in a basement and it's super unclear what's going on and who's doing what. It's dirty, dark and largely unpleasant. BUT - I'm really happy with the balayage and frankly, can't argue with the price. So I guess...you get what you pay for! It's not a nice experience but it's fast and cheap so...
