I had to stop the treatment because she over drilled my nails. I don't think the technician knew what she was doing. When I went to my usual salon they were shocked. I was told at Solash that they would arrange a refund via Treatwell which they have not and I I paid them separately for the shellac take off. Still waiting for my refund.
