Overall good experience. The barber asked and understood my needs, cut it patiently (though a bit fast at the beginning and hurt my skin a bit), and checked with me if the hairstyle is what I wanted.

She had absolutely no idea how to wash or dry a hair. She didn’t wash my hair thoroughly enough. She put the mask on the roots of the hair that is strictly not allowed. She didn’t finish up the blow dry. I left the salon with a partially wet hair that looked greasy already by the evening as she didnt manage to wash the treatment out of my hair.

This was my 2nd Brazilian blowdry at splash and after a great experience the first time I expected I would have another again. It has not been even 2 weeks (around 4-5 hair washes) and my hair is exactly the same as it was before the treatment. When I had my hair done the last time it lasted me almost 3 months. My hair was also left sticky and not shiny when it was finished and I felt like something was not right and now my £130 has gone down the drain as this wasn't done properly on me.
