I have been to Splash quite a few times and I tend to choose my hairdresser after a few not-so-great experiences, but for some reason the hairdresser I had chosen was replaced with someone else. Not a big deal but why offer the option to choose?

Left the salon and my nails looked like they had a week's growth on them. Very little cuticle work despite going for the 'Deluxe' manicure... Music was too loud, technician spoke poor English and was very difficult to understand questions or make conversation because of the music.
