The beauty therapist and stylist were good. However, after booking on line I spoke to the reception on the telephone to request my beauty treatments first. They confirmed I could do that. The reason for this is so my nails could dry whilst having my hair done. When I arrived he said that was not possible and I felt, quite rude about it and totally unaccommodating.

I don’t think it was a olaplex treatment. Deep conditioning maybe. I use oplaplex a lot and this didnt even smell like Olaplex. Hair dresser was nice

Felt very rushed, I’ve never seen a hairdresser cut layers the way she did, it was like she didn’t know what she was doing, also the worst blow dry I’ve ever had, used no products, heat protection, oil/serum and came out like Dolly Parton. It was so rushed I felt I wash ushered out before I could say anything. Also the “deep treatment” is just the conditioner and they don’t even leave it in. She was a lovely lady though, but don’t recommend for hair
