Very bad experience. Didn’t get the technician I’d booked. Tracy took 1.5 hours to do my waxing and badly. The salon was extremely short staffed - she was constantly being called out by manager every 5 minutes as the next appointment was already there.

Not the fanciest salon but Silvia is an amazing hairdresser. I had a botched haircut and she’s done an amazing job to fix it. I would 100% recommend her and I would definitely come back again!
