I paid £35 for BIAB on the app and then at the end of my appointment was charged another £25 for the shellac. This was not discussed with me before the appointment and I was shocked it was so much more for the shellac. Overall £60 was much more than I thought I’d pay for my manicure. So I won’t be going back.
