Really disappointed that between each step of my facial instead removing the products of with facial sponges and water Pampers nappy wipes were used on my face, these are not suitable for using on the face and have made my face red, blotchy and itchy. I’m concerned if the facialist is actually trained properly as ordinarily nappy wipes wouldn’t be used on the face. Aside from that the massage was very good.
