I didn't really like the place itself but the girl who was doing the waxing, was friendly and lovely, I think her name was Raquel or something similar. Apart from it, it's a tiny place where people are coming in an out every minute, so if you want relaxing and nice atmosphere - look somewhere else

Raquele was very thorough with very good attention to detail. I must say I did however get three cuticle bleeds from over-energetic cuticle removal - will ask her to be more gentle next time.

Quick and professional. Staff were discreet and thorough. Used hot wax which I find much less painful. Would highly recommend.

The therapist was about 10/15 mins delayed and didn't even apologise when she started my manicure - I understand sometimes it's the previous client's fault but a bit of cortesy would have been appreciated. She was nevertheless very nice and a good therapist, and my manicure was performed almost flawlessly. Recommended!
