Came in with long, healthy hair just wanting soft, feathered layers. I originally booked Silva, but after rescheduling by 20 mins, I was switched to Sandra without being informed. She cut off half my length and gave me choppy, blunt layers. I came back to fix it, and Sandra seemed surprised and disagreed with my concerns. I waited 30 mins, and another stylist confirmed the layers were uneven. Damage was done. Very disappointed. I’ll only return for Silva. I’ll be wearing my hair up for months.
