I've been here a couple of times but this time i was not super happy with my manicure treatment as the previous times. Make sure you book your manicure with either Beate or Ester, they do a great job!

Can't fault this service, especially considering the price! It was quick (as in efficient, not rushed), thorough and the polish lasted for ages. The woman doing it even got my Oyster Card out for me before I left because I didn't want to ruin my newly-painted nails! Would really recommend it.

My nails were done well but the staff were quite unprofessional, the atmosphere was loud and not relaxing at all. On top of that, I had to change the colour mid-way because the staff told me it didn't have glitter in it when it did. She was also distracted throughout and kept pausing to talk to her colleagues, which made the process longer than it needed to be
