The girl was very nice but was not conscientious at all and forgot to remove a lot of hair... I was very disappointed
Really nice nails, the staff was super friendly and overall very happy with the treatment. Even got there early and got a spot straight away.
I have been going to Splash for over a year now for my nails and I have to say that this has been the most disappointing appointment that I have ever been to. The girl was new and to be honest had no idea what she was doing. She need the help of another team member to figure out if she is using the right solution to remove my previous shellac polish (after she had already put it on and it wasn't doing anything), then did not do a very good job at all in terms of shaping them, cutting the cuticles or anything else. Plus looked at me weirdly when I asked for scrub and hand cream- which is part of the full manicure. Simply the whole process was slow and painful. I have had the manicure for 2 days now and I can see a nail already starting to chip- considering that Shellac lasts on my for exactly a month without a chip- always get it done on payday). Overall a disappointing and not relaxing experience. Please sort your staff out and if you have new people starting, just have more experienced people assisting them- i don't want to show them how they're supposed to do their job.
Lovely staff, thank you for making my trip as pain free as possible and reassuring me when I was nervous!
My 3rd or 4th visit to Splash Soho for a pedicure. Different technician each time, but always a great pedicure. I like the atmosphere (which shouldn't be judged from the entrance or upstairs busy salon). I find it pretty tranquil.
