Have made manicure couple of times in Splash salons however last time was a huge disappointment! Had booked shellac polish removal and they were running late with appointments hence had to rush through mine. Seemed they were more interested in getting more clients rather than focusing on quality of work. My cuticles were cut by filing too harsh and were bleeding. After a week, still healing. Very disappointment with the treatment, not only was the treatment careless but also dangerous.

The Hollywood wax at this place is definitely good value for money. Staff is friendly and professional and the place quite clean. Not the best I've had though in terms of quality of the job, usually a few hairs left. 4/5.

Very very painful wax! the beautician was new and nervous so I didn't feel particularly in safe hands so had to grin and bear the pain!!
