I had an appointment with Silvia. On the day the receptionist seemed confused but seated me. 25min later a lady came and I said to her “Hi, you must be Silvia”. Not sure if she didn’t hear me but no response, I didn’t think much and she started coloring my hair. Half way through I realized emails by Treatwell saying my reservation/hairstylist was changed but no one asked/informed me. Hair cut took less than 10min and it’s not bad but I prefer my hair before…Overall ok experience.
