I had a manicure it was good but they were running late. And the range of colours wasn't great.staff were nice though.

For me it's always a pleasure going to Splash Soho. There's a vibrant atmosphere inside and the staff are very friendly and genuinely care for your comfort.
The wax was done very well, which is why I always go back. All of the technicians are well trained because they each do a great job!

The wax itself was really good -- really pleased with the results -- but the aftercare and the ambiance left much to be desired! The wax was done in a dark, seedy room downstairs, so it was hard to tell if the room was clean. The beautician double-dipped in the wax, which really irks me. But to be fair she did a very good job getting everything off. What really really irritated me at the end though was that she didn't give me any after-wax cream so after the wax I was just lying there, sticky all over. I found myself awkwardly waddling around the room, pants-less, and squinting at all the little bottles. Finally found the after-wax cream and helped myself. If I'm desperate, I'll go again, since the wax did produce pretty good results. But not keen on the service or salon.

Freidly staff and really tidy shellac manicure. Only down side is they didn't have the colours I wanted so perhaps need more variety.
