Didn't have the best first impression as we got told off by the receptionist for being late. Felt like we were at school. You could still get the same point across without being rude.
Lovely venue to have a pedicure with a friend as only two seats in the room so you can sit next to each other and chat.
One of the ladies was really lovely and chatty and made us feel welcome - the other not at all. Hardly spoke and looked daggers at me when I laughed as she was painting my nails. She didn't file my heels and left the other lady to finish off my pedi (putting on flip-flops etc.).
Can't say it felt massively relaxing, but for the price and location, it's a bargain. So yes, mixed experience overall.

Good value for money. A good venue if you're looking for somewhere that's quick, clean and does the job. When it's very busy though I do sometimes feel like I'm being rushed in and out.

Shellac is really good quality and has lasted 4 weeks on my toes! Staff were really friendly and professional. Facilities were clean and pedicure area was secluded away from the rest of the hair salon.
