Great place, great staff on the whole although reception staff were not paying attention. Not 100% keen on them shouting out that I was having a wax to a room full of people having a hair cut, but not the end of the world. Waxer was brill.

I booked this eyebrow shape appointment last minute and they were able to fit me in. My aesthetician was friendly and efficient. She also did my upper lip at my request even though I hadn't booked this treatment. Overall satisfied!

Have made manicure couple of times in Splash salons however last time was a huge disappointment! Had booked shellac polish removal and they were running late with appointments hence had to rush through mine. Seemed they were more interested in getting more clients rather than focusing on quality of work. My cuticles were cut by filing too harsh and were bleeding. After a week, still healing. Very disappointment with the treatment, not only was the treatment careless but also dangerous.
