I was kept waiting 20 minutes. The masseuse didn't ask me where I would like her to focus on or if I had experienced and pain / knots in my back.

The manicure was extremely professional and well done. The lady who did the manicure was lovely, and clearly knew what she was doing. Most of the other staff I met there were very friendly and hospitable as well. Unfortunately, the one exception was the receptionist who was quite rude, and told me when I arrived that they'd accidentally double-booked my appointment (without notifying me in advance). Fortunately I lived quite close and I could come back a bit later, but she was very unapologetic and I was not impressed with this behaviour.
The manicure itself was great and the manicurist, extremely professional, but I wouldn't say that the service from everyone was value for money.
